Triple Nut Roasted Pumpkin & Capsicum Salad: Pan roasted pumpkins coupled with capsicums and sprinklings of roasted pine nuts, walnuts and chestnuts that are tossed together in maple balsamic vinaigrette. Bacon Hairy Gourd Wrap: Baked Bacon Strips, braised hairy gourd and enoki mushrooms, topped with orange infused spicy Gochujang sauce. Tofu Salad With Honey Vinaigrette: Shoyu braised tofu, edamame, fresh broccolis, tossed with a mix of delightful cherry tomatoes, and drizzled with honey vinaigrette dressing. Glazed Balsamic Pork with Roasted Vegetables: Savoury Pork glazed with balsamic sauce and accompanied by a merriment of roasted pumpkins, sweet peas and onions.
